I Greppi comes from Bolgheri’s terroir, and Bolgheri’s soul. Fusing the ancient tradition of winemaking in Italy, to new ideas. New grapes. And new techniques.
Science Matters
That’s why we have such a close relationship with the University of California, Davis (UC Davis), Department of Viticulture and Enology. We collaborate on research. And we welcome a graduate to I Greppi every year. An exchange of information, ideas and innovation that’s at the heart of the science. It’s an exchange that helps us question assumptions. And test new theories.
